Global Action to Protect Press Freedom in Gaza

  • Sep 1, 2025
  • 1 min read

For 23 months, the Israeli authorities have denied journalists from outside Gaza independent access to the Palestinian territory. The only ones continuing to document events are local reporters working under inhumane conditions: without housing, equipment, medical care, or even food. During this time, the Israeli army has killed at least 210 journalists.

More than 150 media outlets from over 50 countries are uniting to demand that Israel open Gaza’s borders to international journalists and uphold its international obligations to treat journalists as civilians.

“At the rate the Israeli army is killing journalists in Gaza, soon there will be no one left to keep you informed,” warns Reporters Without Borders.

On September 1, we join the global action to defend press freedom in Gaza.

Nice article! It reminds me of games like minutecryptic where short cryptic puzzles become surprisingly addictive.

Been playing eggy car for a few days now and I still can’t beat my high score. The moment you think the road is easy, the egg suddenly flies off the car lol.
