Latin American journalists interviewed Volodymyr Zelenskyi

Latin American journalists as part of the "Connecting Continents" project by the Public Interest Journalism Laboratory have conducted an interview with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
During the course of seven days, they held several meetings dedicated to the most important topics that can help the global South audience better understand the nature of Russian aggression against Ukraine. This includes Russia's responsibility for war crimes and crimes against humanity in international courts, Ukrainian armed resistance to Russian aggression, the need for sanctions against Russia, how Russia caused a food crisis and its impact on Ukraine, and the anti-colonial nature of Ukrainian resistance.
Participants visited cities in the Kyiv region (May 29th) and the Kharkiv region (May 31st and June 1st), witnessed the scale of destruction, spoke with those affected by Russian aggression, with the families of those still in captivity, with military personnel and civilians, with farmers and government officials, in order to gain a deep understanding of the Russian war and the situation in Ukraine and to disseminate this knowledge and understanding to their audiences in their respective countries.

I had to learn the hard way in 99 nights forest is getting lost after moving too far from my base at night.
At first, I thought I could just “remember the way back,” so I kept exploring even when it got dark. Big mistake. Once visibility drops, everything looks the same, and I would end up running in circles until something found me first.
Now I play it safer. I never go too deep into the forest at night, and I always mentally mark my path by using landmarks like trees, rocks, or light sources. If I feel even slightly unsure, I don’t push forward—I just turn back immediately instead of gambling on memory.
